For health and hygiene reasons, all sales on adhesive body jewelry and adhesives are final once packaging is opened. Defective items replaced within 7 days.

Our Commitment to Health

Because our products are designed to be adhered directly to the skin and worn on the face, we must adhere to strict health and safety guidelines. Once the tamper-evident seal on our packaging is broken, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or resold.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item (e.g., tarnished metal, missing adhesive pads), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly ship a replacement at no cost to you. Please do not mail defective items back to us without contacting support first.
