All Sales Final

For health and hygiene reasons, all sales on adhesive body jewelry are final once packaging is opened. Defective items replaced within 7 days.

Because our products are designed to be adhered directly to the skin and worn as body jewelry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened packages. This ensures that every product you receive is completely sanitary and safe to use.

Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective upon arrival, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will request a photo of the defect and provide a replacement if the item is deemed faulty. Do not return the item unless specifically requested by our support team.

Unopened Returns

If your package remains completely sealed and unopened, we may accept a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate an unopened return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
