All products are subject to availability. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product. All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include relevant UK taxes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via tracked UK couriers (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD). Free UK tracked delivery is provided on qualifying orders over £12.00. Standard delivery is £1.99 via Royal Mail Tracked. All items are currently in Batch #1 Pre-Order reservation mode. Production commences and orders dispatch once our batch allocation threshold is reached. Customers maintain an unconditional, risk-free right to cancel for a 100% full refund at any time prior to dispatch.

4. Hygiene & Return Policy

Due to strict hygiene regulations regarding body jewelry, items can only be returned if they remain in their original sealed packaging with hygiene protection intact and adhesive sheets unpeeled. Please see our Returns & Hygiene Policy for complete details.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
